Nature can be remarkable and ever adaptable. Hopefully we can find new ways to utilise plants to provide more nutritious and sustainable sources of food and eventually reduce the need to rear so many animals for meat. Animals that contribute to global warming and are increasingly reared in cruel factory farms in the UK including in Wiltshire!
