I heard on the news today that in view of Britain’s low biodiversity figures compared to much of the rest of the world, the Secretary of State intervened to stop a planning application going forward for housing near a Nature Reserve. Might you be able to ask for the same ruling to apply to housing near Southwick’s Nature Reserve?
