The chiffchaffs are home!
A message from Simon Knight, our in-house wildlife photographer:
“Maybe somebody has beaten me to it, but I heard my first chiffchaff in the reserve over the weekend. I didn’t get a picture, but here’s a couple from last year. One of their favourite hang outs is the willow in the corner of Lambrok Meadow, right next to Village Green. Obviously, the aphids are the attraction.”

I don’t think we have these on our side of the pond, I have never seen them here, thank you for this post, and the pairing of image with sound. The photography is beautiful, and your post layout is genius felt like you gave the viewer/reader an inside seat.
