Is it laziness or don’t people care about the environment?
I think there is also an element of complete thoughtlessness for other people and some who just take issue with being told what to do.
We like to think it IS only a thoughtless minority but this morning, after new signs were put up last week, there does seem to have been a lot of poop let lying around. Perhaps you are right and for some people the signs are counterproductive.
How about big new signs at the entrance “Welcome To The DOG BOG”
